The most critical phase in producing Photo DVD Slideshows is the image adjusments and repair.. Each and every photo undergoes a 10 step enhancement program. We do our best to get the very best out of each and every image. You can see real examples of before and after at the bottom of this page.

 

Step 1
Photos are scanned individually at high resolution.

Step 2
Photos are cropped to center focus on the area on interest and maximize the the viewing area for a Widescreen TV.

Step 3
The image is filtered to remove dust particles and small scratches.

Step 4
Color adjustments are made. Any color cast is removed. We focus on making skin tones as natural as possible.

Step 5
Contrast and brightness adjustments are made. This normally brings out a lot of detail in the shadows and improves the sharpness of the image.

Step 6
Red Eyes are removed.

Step 7
Large scratches, spots and stains are repaired.

 

Step 8
Hue & Saturation adjustments are made.

Step 9
Faces are brightened to bring out more detail.

Step 10
Final color & brightness adjustments are made.
